Swordfish Almondine – This dish was a showstopper. Perfectly cooked, moist, and tender swordfish was paired with brown butter, almonds, and dragon tongue beans, creating a harmonious balance of flavors.
Tuna Tartare – Light, refreshing, and impeccably seasoned, this appetizer was the perfect way to start the meal. The freshness of the tuna, paired with bright citrus notes, made for an exciting first bite.
Ribeye – Cooked to a perfect medium-rare, this steak was rich, juicy, and beautifully charred. Paired with a decadent sauce, it was a true highlight of the evening.

The service was impeccable, and the energy in the restaurant made for an evening filled with laughter, great company, and exceptional cuisine.
